✨ Order Processing Times

We offer two main product categories, and each has its own special preparation time:

⏰ 1. Watches and Jewellery (1–3 business days)

Our watches and jewellery are ready to go quickly!
Each piece is lovingly cleaned, checked and wrapped before shipping.
You can expect dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
Perfect if you need a quick treat or a last-minute gift 🎁

✨ 2. Mystery Scoop (without video) – 3–5 business days

Each scoop is hand-picked using our magical pastel spoon — a mix of colourful beads, where every bead hides a little surprise of its own.
Because every scoop is unique, the process takes a little time — but still stays fast!
Dispatch time: 3 to 5 business days.

🎥 3. Mystery Scoop (with personalised video) – 5–15 business days

This option takes longer because it includes a recorded magical reveal — just for you.
Every video is created manually, filmed with care, edited with love, and prepared in order of purchase.

Production + preparation + packaging = 5 to 15 business days, depending on the current number of orders.

📦 Shipping With Tracking

We want you to feel safe and excited throughout your shopping journey.

  • Every order is shipped with a tracking number.
  • Tracking details are sent the next day after your parcel is shipped.
  • Your order confirmation is automatically emailed after checkout.
  • If you don’t see the email — please check your spam/junk folder (sometimes it hides there!).
  • Rest assured, we always provide full tracking for every order.

🚚 Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on your location and local postal services. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Approximate delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times do not include processing times.

🌸 Combined Orders

If you order multiple items together (e.g., a watch + a filmed scoop), your order will ship when all items are ready.
If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.

📫 Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country's regulations.
These charges, if they occur, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note:
✨ Most of our customers do not experience any customs fees at all, however, every country has different rules, and we cannot control or predict customs decisions.

FlowerHour is not responsible for:
• any customs fees or import taxes
• parcels delayed or held by customs
• refusal to pay customs duties
